The brand was founded by two former employees of a beverage factory. At one of the founders' place in the kitchen they created the first drink - it was called Passionade and it was a carbonated drink flavored with passion fruit.

The company grew very quickly. Today they have a large factory in Milton Keynes, England and their drinks are the market leader in exotic drinks in the UK.
